Yes, there is an application fee to cover the cost of $80. Also, a $150 admin fee before moving in. If the application needs additional verification, additional fees may apply. -
Can I apply for a property before viewing it in person?
We recommend scheduling a viewing of the property before applying. However, in some cases, pre-applications might be accepted. Please contact our office for guidance. -
What is the typical lease term offered by RTP Properties NC?
Lease terms vary by property. Generally, we encourage leases of 1 year minimum, but there might be flexibility depending on the property and situation. -

You can schedule a viewing through our website or request a showing through any third party location, such as Zillow, Apartments.com, or others. An email will be sent with the details to schedule a showing and a link to an application. -

Occupancy limits are set based on local housing regulations and property specifications. Please inquire with our office regarding specific occupancy restrictions for the property you're interested in. -
What happens after my application is approved?
Once your application is approved, you will be required to sign a lease agreement and provide the security deposit within 48 hours and any other necessary fees before moving in. -

You can submit maintenance requests through our online resident portal or by contacting our maintenance hotline at 877-787-7879 option 1. We prioritize and address maintenance concerns promptly. We encourage you to submit maintenance requests through our online portal. Only emergency maintenance requests will be attended to after 5pm EST. Otherwise, we will address your issue the next business day. -
What are the acceptable methods of rent payment?
RTP Properties NC offers various payment options including online payments through the resident portal, cashier’s check, or money order. Personal checks or cash are not accepted. Please inquire for specific details. -
How can I renew my lease agreement with RTP Properties NC?
We will notify you 60 days before your lease expires with options for renewal. You can express your interest in renewing the lease through the resident portal or by contacting our leasing office. -
What is the process for reporting emergencies outside of office hours?
For emergencies such as flooding, fire, or a major security issue, please call our 24/7 emergency hotline immediately at 877-787-7879 option 1. This number is available in your lease agreement and posted in common areas. -

You can update your contact information or request changes to the lease by contacting our office directly or sending an email. Any changes to the lease or occupants may require approval and documentation. -
